I found it perfect for a overnight stop, traveling from Portugal up to Santander,I can not comment on the food as ew did not have breakfast or dinner it is worth the stop just for the experience of the underground car park,we have a large car (x5) and my wife closed her eyes when we first drove in ,then refused to get back in the car I had to pick her up at reception.
The rooms were large and bright with ample decor, the staff were more than helpfull and very polite.
None.

Easy to find because close to Cathedral and very convenient to station - only a few mintes on foot. Warm welcome at reception with ready offer of city map and eating out information. Room spotlessly clean. A "no-frills" hotel and good value for money for a short stay.

Loved the king room with climate control, work desk, and television. the hotel's location near the river, cathedral, town center, and beautiful riverfront park was fantastic.

Enough space at rooms, very clean, bed very confortable.
Internet was weak for skype conversations. I had to enter the password everytime I wanted to used it. Breakfast is not good. No communication with frontdesk at rooms.

Everything was simply good. The room was airy, huge with exceptionally comfortable bed. Had particularly good and fab location very close to attractive central square with cathedral, very close to Museum of Palencia.

Underground, secure parking was one of the reasons for booking this hotel. Access very tight but a good facility.
The breakfast was exceedingly poor. ok, it cost only Euro 3.- but I would have rather paid more to get a simple buffet.

The location here is perfect for visiting a beautiful Roman Catholic church.

The room was clean and the hotel willingly accepted our dog, for whom the location was excellent as there was a park only a few yards away.
Lack of bar facilities, unable to get a coffee as there were no staff on duty.

The location is great for walking to a nearby Roman Catholic church, the Spanish-style building is charming, the room is spacious, brand-new, with comfortable beds, and there is a peaceful atmosphere.

Central to Palencia within walking distance of the centre and the old town. Parking was easy.
The Hotel was excellent but we failed to find a decent restaurant in the old town. The town was worth a visit.

Low cost hotel in the centre of Palencia with clean and warm rooms. literally one street away from the river and cathedral. Excepts few minor flaws it is a good 2* hotel with a bargain price. What is most important room was clean and warm, If you need a place to rest after a long day I would recommend it.
No restaurant at the hotel at all except breakfast which cost 5 EUR. No english speaking personal. Low quality of wifi signal in the rooms on the second and third floor.
